Push Hard Back

Lately, I started working more on the computer again and now my back pain has returned. It seems that when I try to push myself a little more in order to catch up on all the work and projects for which I am so late, I end up feeling not so good. I guess I still need to rest more and really must avoid getting too tired and stressed, but there's so much stuff to do... And I really have to go see a specialist for my back (and probably invest in a better chair)...
